Twice this year we have seen veteran shooters give their awards to our young guns. At Gene Autry Days, in Kenton, Ohio, Duke Bonnett gave his 4th place award to 11 year old Garrett Harmon. The 30th Annie Oakley Days contest was held on July 24th & 25th, in Greenville, Ohio. The Shawnee Bandits Fast Draw Club sponsored the two day contest. Both days were Open events. Congratulations to Harry Ballengee and Melinda Shingler winners of Saturday’s contest. Sundays winners were Ron Zimmerman and Donna Lechner.
